Boneta And Gigandet Are "In The Blood"

Diego Boneta ("Rock of Ages") has signed on and Cam Gigandet  is in talks to join the "Taken"-esque action thriller "In The Blood" says  Deadline

The story follows a woman (Gina Carano) who tries to track down her husband (Gigandet) after he is kidnapped on their South American honeymoon.

Boneta will play a local who ends joins her on her search. Stephen Lang will play Carano’s father who raised her to be brutally tough.  Danny Trejo will play a thug named Big Biz.

John Stockwell ("Into the Blue," "Turistas") directs from a script worked on by Bennett Yellin, James Robert Johnston, Sean Finnegan and Gregg Parker

Shaun Redick, Ray Mansfield, Cash Warren and Marina Grasic are producing.

Proiduction kicks off in November in Puerto Rico
