Based on a screenplay by James Dormer the story revolves around two jaded Crusaders who chose to wander off towards the East, finally arriving in western China, where they become entangled in both romance and antagonism with local royalty.
Nick Powell makes his directorial debut here after a career doing stunts and second unit shoots.
Jeremy Bolt George Mizen and Gary Hamilton will produce the film
Production begins in the southwestern Chinese province of Yunnan in April
