McG Might Be The Principal Of "The School Of Fear"

A film adaptation of author Gitty Daneshvari's children's book series "School Of Fear" is in the works says Variety.

Based on the 2010 release first book in the trilogy, the story follows four phobia-ridden children who are sent to an exclusive yet secretive school where they must conquer their fears and survive a dangerous test.

Daniel Mackey ("Aim High") is writing the adapted  script.


McG ("Terminator Salvation," "Charlie's Angels") is producing and will have a first chance to direct,

Mary Viola, Scott Fischer, Daniela Taplin Lundberg, Daniel Crown and Riva Marker are also producing.
