Lang Is On The Case Of "A Good Marriage"

Stephen Lang ("Avatar," "Terra Nova") has joined the film adaptation of author Stephen King novella "A Good Marriage" says Bloody Disgusting.


The tale is part of the 2010 Full Dark, No Stars anthology book, and centers on a woman named Darcy (Joan Allen) who discovers the sinister and gruesome double life that her husband  (Anthony Lapaglia) of 25 years and father of their two children has been living. She must now decide how far she is willing to go to maintain the marriage.

Lang will play a retired investigator obsessed with solving the crime.

Kristen Connolly will play Allen’s daughter.

King wrote the adapted screenplay that Peter Askin ("Trumbo") is set to direct and produce with Will Battersby and Evan Pohl,

Production began this week.
