The story follows a retired Las Vegas mob enforcer who must return to the city and face his former enemies when his teenage daughter goes missing.
Willis plays a man who has waited years for the enforcer to return so he can confront him.
Sarik Andreasyan ("American Heist") directs the film using a script by Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore.
Randall Emmett and George Furla are producing the film.
Production begins this October in New Orleans.
