Sackoff Comes Down With A Case Of "Somnia"

Deadline reports that Katee Sackhoff ("Battlestar Galactica") will reunite with her "Oculus" director Mike Flanagan on the psychological horror film "Somnia".

Flanagan and Jeff Howard wrote the script that centers on an orphaned child whose dreams manifest physically as he sleeps. The story explores the parental bonds amidst sequences of visceral terror conjured by a child’s imagination.

It is unclear what role Sackhoff will play in the film as yet.

Trevor Macy, William D. Johnson and Sam Englebardt will produce the flick.

 Production begins later this fall.
