First Look: YA Based Film "Fallen"

Yahoo Movies has released the first photo from the film adaptation of author Lauren Kate's best selling young adult novel novel series called "Fallen".

This "Southern gothic supernatural romance" is based on the first of four novels about Luce (Addison Timlin) a shy girl sent to a reform school after being the suspect in a teen's death.  She is soon torn between two charismatic young men, Daniel (Jeremy Irvine) and Cam (Harrison Gilbertson) unaware that they are fallen angels who have battled over her for centuries.

 Joely Richardson Lola Kirke, Sianoa Smit-McPhee, Daisy Head, Hermione Corfield and Malachi Kirby also star.

Scott Hicks ("Shine," "Snow Falling on Cedars" The Lucky One) directs, using an adapted script by Michael Ross, Kathryn Price and Nichole Millard.

Mark Ciardi, Gordon Gray, Bill Johnson and Jim Seibel are producing the film.

The film is due for release some time in 2015.

Is this gonna launch the next Twilight film series or The Hunger Games film series? Time will tell...
