THR reports that Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany is in talks to join the cast of the biopic "Woman In Gold".
The film follows Maria Altmann (Helen Mirren), a Jewish World War II survivor who fought the Austrian
government to get back several paintings by artist Gustav Klimt that were
pilfered from her family during wartime.
Maslany will play a young Mirren in flashback sequences.
Ryan Reynolds will play the attorney who took his case--at one point The Amazing Spider-Man star
Andrew Garfield was lined up to play the role that Ryan now has.
Daniel Brühl.will play Reynolds' adversary.
Simon Curtis is directing from a script written by Alexi Kaye Campbell.
David Thompson and Kris Thykier will produce the film.
Production begins later this month.
