Is This Zac Efron's Marvel Movie...?

Are news items that Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures plan to announce a secret tentpole event movie for November 4th 2016, and that Zac Efron is reportedly being looked at for unspecified role in an upcoming Marvel movie with script in hand related?

Latino Review claims the two news items could be one and the same.

Speculation is that the film is an adaptation of the comic book hero "Namor: The Sub-Mariner.

Both studios had no comment.

Universal still holds the rights to the Namor character, and this would get them back into comic book movies - after 2003's Hulk and 2008's The Incredible Hulk failed to generate much excitement  .

As there's no official confirmation or denial---several sources say that the "Sub-Mariner" film is in development.
