Set in a future-time Berlin, the story kicks off with the disappearance and possible kidnapping of a woman. Her partner, a mute bartender, must go up against the city's gangsters to find her.
Jones previously stated in interviews that despite the "Blade Runner"-like feel, the film is a very human story about how people "lose their humanity because of the world that they live in."
Jones is therefore not helming the upcoming submarine picture, Escape From The Deep,
