Farrah Fawcet-who rocketed to fame as one of TV's "Charlie's Angels" has lost her three battle with cancer. She was 62.Angel's her signature role of course where she spent one season playing Jill Munroe....Just prior to that though Fawcett appeared in 1976's science fiction classic Logan's Run. She had starring roles in Somebody Killed Her Husband Sunburn (1979), and Saturn 3 in which she did a topless scene), She next appeared in the Burt Reynolds goofy chase comedy The Cannonball Run in 1981
And then her career stalled...
Fawcett scored a major comeback when she starred in the 1984 true TV movie about a battered wife in The Burning Bed. It garnered a very large audience, and critics gave her the best reviews she had ever received for her heartfelt performance
