An Inconvenient Truth, director Davis Guggenheim, is no longer being linked.to direct the Justin Bieber 's 3-D concert/biopic reports Deadline.
Guggenheim officially passed this week citing promotional commitments to his upcoming documentary "Waiting For Superman Despite reports, Guggenheim was never officially attached, though was definitely in contention.
The studio is expected to continue interviewing directors for the project which is still on track for release in February 11, 2011..
A shame Guggenheim is out....wanted to see a cameo from Al Gore....
This is an easy one to solve-- Kenny Ortega, the man behind This is It and High School Musical? Or what about Bruce Hendricks, who already did 3-D concert movies for both Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers?
