Girl's Bro


Stellan Skarsgard is in negotiations to join David Fincher's English-language film adaptation of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" reports Variety.

"I have met Fincher, I want to work with him, he wants to work me. I have had a concrete offer and now we are in negotiations" Skarsgard who told the trade. He also said the film shoot will run from September to March.

"Most of it is to be shot in Stockholm, but some studio work will be done in the U.S. I think there might be some location work there as well, when it becomes too dark to shoot here" adding that he's not sure when his role will begin filming.

In late author Stieg Larsson's bestselling Millennium trilogy the reader follows journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig) the publisher of a Stockholm magazine called 'Millennium'.

Skarsgard is in talks to play Martin Vanger, the grown up brother of a missing girl.Vanger is one of the principle suspects. Peter Haber played the character in the original Swedish version of the film.
