Luke Evans and the great Robert Carlyle are set to team for the action thriller “Dogs of Law" says Screen Daily.
The pic follows an undercover cop (Evans) in London who is investigating a corrupt colleague (Carlyle).

TV veteran Declan O'Dwyer will direct from a script by Matthew Cooke and Vincent Lund.

Shooting aims to kick off this Summer.

O’Dwyer is also developing the film noir "Broken Cove" about two feuding families in a small coastal British village in the 50's.

Bernard Hill, Linda Bassett, Jason Flemyng, Danny Dyer and Antony Costa are attached to star.
