Based on S J Watson's debut novel, the story follows a young woman who, after a night of partying, wakes up to discover that she has aged beyond recognition.
Liza Marshall will produce while Ridley Scott and Tony Scott, Jenny Borgars and Christine Langan will executive produce.
Production is hoped to begin by mid year.
