"Defiance" stars Daniel Craig and Jamie Bell have joined the cast Bell the title role reporter and Craig the villainous pirate Red Rackham.

The duo join Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost Gad Elmaleh, Toby Jones and Mackenzie Crook.
Steven Moffat, Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish adapted creator Hergé two-part graphic novel tales called "The Secret of the Unicorn " and "Red Rackham's Treasure".
The script must expand the role of Red though--As he really only has a limited presence in the overall arc.
The film is on schedule for release in 2011.
Peter Jackson is attached to direct the second feature in the series.
