The film will follow the ups and downs of the relationship between a couple (Emily Blunt and Jason Segel).
Brie will portray the younger sister to Emily Blunt's character.
Nicholas Stoller directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Segel.
Judd Apatow, Rodney Rothman and Stoller are producing and shooting aims to kick off around the end of April.
