Cavaye’s film sees Gilles Lellouche’s Samuel Pierret male nurse unknowingly save the life of a mobster (Roschdy Zem), whose brutal henchmen later take Samuel’s pregnant wife (Elena Anaya) hostage, forcing him to spring their boss from the hospital. A fast-paced race through the subways and streets of Paris ensues, as Samuel attempts to escape the cops and the criminal underground and rescue his beloved and their unborn child.
