Sacha Baron Cohen has dropped out of the currently Untitled Biopic about Queen front man Freddie Mercury over "creative differences" according to BBC.
Cohen's manager confirmed the news, adding that the actor clashed with producers Graham King and Tim Headington Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal over the tone of the pic.
Peter Morgan (The Queen) wrote the script which focuses on the band’s formation leading up to Queen’s appearance at Live Aid in 1985 which is considered one of the greatest live concert appearances of all-time. Stephen J. Rivele and Christopher Wilkinson did rewrites.

Mercury’s death from complications with AIDS in 1991 and his last days won’t be chronicled in the film.
Cohen had been linked with the project for several years
Surviving band members Brian May and Roger Taylor will oversee the music featured in the film.
Baron Cohen is currently working on an Untitled Spy Comedy and is developing the true to life comedy "The Lesbian" for Paramount .
