Rich Wilkes ("xXx") will write the full script which has the fast boats used by the DEA
agents to thwart drug smugglers at sea as its premise starting point.
Todd Garner is producing. Wadlow would likely do this after he finishes work on the X-Men film series spin-off "X-Force" for Fox.
