Deets on plot are being kept under wraps for the low budget flick
Indie actors Michael Godere and Ivan Martin are making their directorial debut using the script they wrote.
Jay Van Hoy, Tory Lenosky, and Lars Knudsen will produce the film.
Production kicks off in New York in November.
