Out stumping for "Anna Karenina" at the Toronto International Film Festival recently, Jude Law talked to Collider about Sherlock Holmes 3.
"I don't [know when filming begins]. There's certainly talk of it and I know there's a script being played around with, but [Robert Downey Jr]'s a busy boy and I'm a busy boy, so we'll see. But we want to [do another one]. We're a very happy team and we have a lot of fun."
"Iron Man 3" scribe Drew Pearce has been charged to write the script.
The first "Sherlock Holmes" was released in 2009 and grossed $524 million globally. on a $90 million budget. The sequel, called "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows," followed last year and grossed $544 million at the worldwide box-office
