Webb Back For More Spidey

Despite some uncertainty whether he would be back due to a scheduling conflict, it seems that "The Amazing Spider-Man" director Marc Webb will be back for "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" says Variety.

Andrew Garfield is already set to return as Peter Parker and Emma Stone in talks to reprise her role as Gwen Stacy. 

Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Jeff Pinkner are writing the script based on a previous draft by James Vanderbilt.

Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach will produce.

The new film is due to begin production early next year to meet its May 2nd 2014 release date.

This is good news. I liked the reboot quite a lot and look forward to see what Webb does next.
