A year after his show ended, "Entourage" creator Doug Ellin says that he is almost done his script for the peoposed feature film follow-up.
Ellin tells Deadline he's on page 110 of his screenplay and "gonna finish by Sunday (I pray)" and that all the key producers and agents involved with the show are pushing him to get it done.
"There are interesting developments about Ari as a studio head, and that's still the first page for me," he explained. "But foremost is the friendship between the guys who are still hanging out and going to fun parties, and it continues with the same characters."
Stars Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Kevin Connolly and Jerry Ferrara are keen to ret Things are still in very early stages though and HBO's suits need to read the completed script and make deals with the cast before deciding to go forward.
The story starts six months after the TV series left off.
