Stromberg Goes On "Safari"

"Maleficent" director and Oscar-winning production designer Robert Stromberg is doing an epic adventure flick called "Safari" for his next gig says Variety.

Stromberg will direct the project which has been set up at Hydra Films, Inc, a new production company which helps filmmakers obtain financing through the development of "pitch-vis" trailers and presentations.

Although no specific story details were given, Safari is said to be, "a large-scale adventure pic in the vein of Jurassic Park and Avatar."

Hydra is also working on the family film "The Otherworldly Adventures of Tyler Washburn" based on the children's book by Dylan Cole.
