Posey & Ventimiglia Are There For "Grace Of Monaco"

Parker Posey has joined, while Milo Ventimiglia is in talks for Olivier Dahan's biopic "Princess Grace Of Monaco, says Variety.



Arash Amel's Black List-making script will cover a six month period in 1962 when French leader Charles de Gaulle and Rainier III, Prince of Monaco (Tim Roth) were arguing over Monaco’s standing as a tax haven.The then 33-year-old Grace Kelly (Nicole Kidman), had given up her acting career to marry Rainier and become his wife by this time, politically maneuvered her way behind-the-scenes to save Monaco.

Posey is playing Madge Tivey-Faucon, one of Princess Grace’s ladies-in-waiting. Ventimiglia would play Grace’s press agent, Rupert Allan

Spanish actress Paz Vega ("Spanglish") will portray soprano Maria Callas. The great Frank Langella plays a priest.

Pierre-Ange Le Pogam is producing the picture.
