Director Troy Duffy's ultra violent cult fave "The Boondock Saints" and its less well-received sequel "The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day" are getting another film.
The story follows Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus as Irish fraternal twins Connor and Murphy McManus who by pure chance become vigilantes.
Chatting with IFC to promote the new season of AMC's highly successful zombie drama series "The Walking Dead" Reedus says that another Saints movie is in the pipeline.
"I’m in L.A. right now. I’m meeting with [star] Sean [Patrick Flanery] and Troy tonight. I just landed a couple hours ago and tonight I’m going over to Troy’s house with Sean. It’s definitely in the works. Look for it. It’s gonna be crazy."
Last year Duffy said that he'd been approached about doing a TV series version.
