In the pic, Patric plays a retired Las Vegas mob enforcer who is forced to return to the city and face his former enemies when his teenage daughter goes missing.
Bruce Willis co-stars as Omar, a man with a score to settle, who has waited years for Patric to return.
Sarik Andreasyan ("American Heist") directs the film using a script by Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore.
Randall Emmett, George Furla, Ho-Sung Pak, Fred Song, Adam Goldworm and Tim Sullivan are producing the film.
Shooting begins next week in Mobile, Alabama,
