George Clooney is circling Alexander Payne’s comedy-drama “The Descendants” says Variety.Based on Kaui Hart Hemmings's debut novel, the story centers on a wealthy landowner who takes his two daughters on a search for his wife's lover in the hopes of keeping his family together.
Nat Faxon and Jim Rash adapted the script.
Production begins this February in Hawaii.
