IESB is now reporting that Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick--of Zombieland, who also just landed penning Deadpool, will apparently write Joe 2.
There's no official word whether helmer Stephen Sommers will once again direct.
The main cast of Channing Tatum, Sienna Miller, Marlon Wayans, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dennis Quaid, Ray Park Christopher Eccleston and Rachel Nichols are under contract.
The first film, made for $175 million, earned $301 million globally...and I liked it as a pure summer pic.
