Wage Earner

Mark Waters is in talks to direct the comedy "Minimum Wage," says The Hollywood Reporter.

The film finds a corrupt corporate executive convicted of fraud and sentenced to a year living on minimum wage in the town his company bankrupted.

Tegan West (The Cave) and Scott Atkinson penned the script.

As the helmer of light fare Mean Girls, The Spiderwick Chronicles and the upcoming The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past--This seems right up Water's alley.
