Last week news broke that Keira Knightley would re team a 3rd time with director Joe Wright, for the a remake of "My Fair Lady"--scripted by actress Emma Thompson.As it turns out that at least part of that Variety story is completely false Screenrush asked Wright about it at the recent 53rd London Film Festival.
"It's not happening! It's all a lie!" he says. "I thought about it for a couple of minutes and decided not to do it, and then suddenly it got into the press that I was doing it."
"No reason really. You get a lot of scripts and you read them and..."
Wow! Wright says the big V printed a lie. And then sounds unimpressed with the script...
