Dwayne Johnson stars an ex-con bent on avenging the death of his brother, murdered 10 years earlier when the two were double-crossed during a heist.
Billy Bob Thornton also stars.
Joe and Tony Gayton wrote the screenplay.
Filming kicks off next month in Los Angeles for release in October.
