Clint over at Moviehole reports that Mel Gibson's production company Icon has just announced that it will be co-producing George Miller's upcoming Mad Max sequel: Fury Road.As to whether this means Gibson will make an appearance in the franchise that put him on the map in Hollywood again--is still not yet known--Personally I think it although more likely now--It's not a sure thing.... and should not be treated as such.
Meantime Gibson's newest project provokes protest--which will keep him plenty busy...
