Sean Astin, Sara Foster (bohr pictured) and Celia Weston have joined the indie comedy "Demoted" according to The Hollywood Reporter.The flick follows two tire salesmen (Astin, Michael Vartan) who get thier jollies by playing cruel pranks on on a co-worker (David Cross Soon the tables are turned and the victim unexpectedly becomes their boss, he puts the humiliated duo in the secretarial pool
Foster plays the wife of Astin's character, who's tricked into believing he was promoted. Weston will play the head secretary who inspires the best friends to plot their revenge.
James B. Rogers will direct Dan Callahan's screenplay.
Astin's not known for his comedic skill...But at least he gets ro play hubby to Foster...Whoa!
Production begins next month in Michigan.
