The new MacLeod has apparently been found.Scottish actor Kevin McKidd confirmed during a Dublin radio interview that he's been approached about starring in the "Highlander" remake according to JoBlo.
The original films focused on a secret race of immortals who, over the course of centuries, constantly clash and cut each other's heads off to gain their power.
Summit Entertainment is behind the remake and the producers have previously stated they would include medieval Scotland in their version of the story.
Been a fan of McKidd's since Trainspotting...But his roles in TV's Journeyman and HBO's Rome prove he makes a nice pick as "the one"
