ShockTillYouDrop reported earlier this week:David Ondaatje's remake of the Alfred Hitchcock thriller "The Lodger" will not be getting a theatrical release...Instead it goes direct-to-DVD on February 10th 2009.
Wow! To lose a coveted theatrical bow for DTD (direct to disc) is traditionally not a good sign....
Will this flick beat the odds and be worth the time?
We'll see.
