Hilary Swank will produce and potentially star in an adaptation of Emily Giffin 2005 debut novel "Something Borrowed" says Variety.The premise has a Manhattan attorney getting involved with her best friend's fiance following her 30th birthday.
This is the 2nd book Swank has optioned in less than a month...She is making sure she has enough work lined up for awhile
Swank and producing partner Molly Smith will develop through their production company. The deal also includes screen rights to Giffin's sequel tome "Something Blue."
