Disney has a film adaptation of the graphic novel "Monster Attack Network " reports Variety.
The adventure written yarn by Marc Bernardin and Adam Freeman is set on the picture-perfect Pacific island of Lapuatu, populated by giant monsters. There, a team of adventurers deal with rampages and related crises and clean up after many a mess. The team faces its biggest challenge when a flim- flam industrialist shows up.
The studio wants the property to become a franchise. ala Men in Black.
I know the MIB flicks were commercially successful but I thought they turned out "meh" at best.
Let's hope "Network" translates better on the big screen...
