Last Drop Of Rum

Michael Rispoli has joined the cast of "The Rum Diary" according to Las Horas Perdidas.

Based on the book by Hunter S. Thompson, the story follows the life and times of Paul S. Kemp , a freelance journalist who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean.

Rispoli plays Bob Salas in the film.

His time on mob series "The Sopranos" prove Rispoli can play around hard living characters.

Johnny Depp, Aaron Eckhart, Richard Jenkins, Amber Heard and Giovanni Ribisi also star.

Shooting is currently underway in Puerto Rico with director Bruce Robinson calling action.
