From Cyborgs To Swimwear

STYD reports that "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" (Was Friday Terminator's Last Shot? ) star Thomas Dekker is in final negotiations to join the cast of the upcoming "A Nightmare on Elm Street" remake.



Dekker would play Jesse, a jock on the swim team. The character wasn't in the original 1984 version

Dekker joins the recently announced Kyle Gallner as Quentin and Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger. Samuel Bayer is directing, and Wesley Strick wrote the script.

Filming kicks off on May 5th in Chicago for release exactly one year from today.

Dekker must love the horror genre--He was in the slasher flick Laid To Rest, and recently wrapped production on All About Evil...
