Often Shirtless One Matthew McConaughey will produce and most likely take a supporting role in the comedy "Exchange Student" according to a Reuters UK story.



The story will splots between two college exchange students, one who will study away from the U.S. and one who comes in, experiencing new things in different ways: One has the time of his life, the other does not.

Michael Vukadinovich's script is based on a story by McConaughey, while Mark and Gus Gustawes will also produce.
