Angels & Demons the follow-up film adaptation to "The Da Vinci Code" author Dan Brown's mammoth best selling book may be some 4 week away from release (May 15th)...No surprise--Sony Pictures is moving already forward with the third film reports Variety.
Brown announced that "The Lost Symbol his third book featuring the Robert Langdon character played by Tom Hanks in the films, will hit bookstores on September 15th with a massive five million copy initial printing.
The studio is quickly planing to adapt the property to secure director Ron Howard and Hanks into signing on.
Details of the story remain unknown but it takes place during a twelve-hour period. Brown has completed the manuscript.
The studio suits should just park a Brink's Company truck in Hanks' driveway now and be done with it...
