Wolf-Pack Abs And "Clipse"

The first photo of the 'Wolf Pack' as seen in"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" has been released via USA Today... And I'm sure certain segments of the populace are going to be quite giddy over it

Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, all with Native American heritage, are joining Taylor Lautner as werewolves for the sequel.

The story is that these characters have a 108 degree Fahrenheit body temperature - essentially giving them a "reason" to go shirtless for the film.

Let's be blunt--with a strong female audience for the franchise---all of the on screen beefcake will not hurt

Working in the often cold and wet Vancouver weather shirtless can't be fun for the actors--Director Chris Weitz:

"It's not pleasant for the actors. But they have all been good-natured. They show up on location in drenching, cold rain, and I say, 'OK, off with the robes'".

Meanwhile--Who will sit in the big chair for the next film--The Twilight Saga: Eclipse?

According to Deadline Hollywood Daily's Nikki Fenke says the new front runner is David Slade....

Slade's Hard Candy is a great film--intense and a must see--And his adaptation of the vampire themed--30 Days of Night was very good...And at least gives him genre cred.
