Emma Stone stars as a high school student who, after being ostracized by a false rumor she's loose, uses the rumor mill to her advantage, pitting puritanical students like Amanda Bynes, and teachers against their liberal counterparts.
Cam Gigandet, Lisa Kudrow, Alyson Michalka, Thomas Haden Church, Patricia Clarkson, Stanley Tucci, Penn Badgley, and Malcolm McDowell have joined the cast.
Written by playwright Bert V. Royal, the film is inspired by Nathaniel Hawthorne''s "The Scarlet Letter".
"A" should be fun to watch--if for no other reason than to see how Gluck manages to fit everyone into the pic...
