The announcement was made yesterday during the Sony Pictures presentation at the annual Showest convention in Las Vegas via EW.
Sony Distribution president Rory Bruer confirmed the studio currently has that sequel along with a fourth "Spider-Man" and Ghostbusters III in development with a potential 2011 release date.

I may be in the minority here but another MIB flick doesn't exactly thrill me...I thought both flicks released in the series were just OK really...
