Prison Break star Amaury Nolasco has joined the cast of "The Rum Diary" says THR.He joins the already cast Johnny Depp, Amber Heard, Aaron Eckhart, Richard Jenkins, Michael Rispoli and Gavin Houston
The film adaptation of the Hunter S. Thompson book follows Paul S. Kemp (Depp), a freelance journalist who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean.
Nolasco plays Segurra, the son of the biggest cement-plant owner on the island.
It's nice to see thar the guy who played likeable Fernando Sucre get a role in a big film like this....
'Diary' starts filming in Puerto Rico with Bruce Robinson calling action.
